Chapter 1 – The Second Coming, and When Are We According to The Bible?

Then Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the temple. 2 And Jesus said to them, “Do you not see all these things? Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down.” Matthew 24:1-2

This prophecy was fulfilled in 70 A.D. When the Roman armies burned and sacked the temple in Jerusalem. Flavius Josephus recounted, in great detail, that after the temple burned, the Roman soldiers dismantled every single stone in the rubble, because vast quantities of gold ornamenting the interior and roof of the temple had melted into puddles and between the joints of the stones in the rubble.

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, [b]pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.

Emperor Nero pursued, tortured and murdered early Christians by the tens of thousands. He impaled Christians on pikes and then set them on fire, a display that became known as “Roman candles”. Think about that next Fourth of July. He fed them to lions, quartered them, drowned men, women and children, for their witness of Jesus. See the “The Jewish War” by Flavius Josephus.

Therefore, when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand)

 Matthew 24:15

The “abomination of desolation”, also translated as “the abomination that causes desolation” was the Roman statue of their god Apollo (Lucifer) being set up in the temple. Nero, (and Vespasian after him) claimed they were Apollo, incarnate, or literally, the Anti-Christ.

Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house. 18 And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes. 19 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! 20 And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the  Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the [c]elect’s sake those days will be shortened. Matthew 24:15-22.

Does this sound like Jesus is talking to Christians in the 21st century? Do Christians in the 21st century live in Judea? Do they observe the Sabbath? No. He was clearly talking the those very people that he was speaking to, just exactly as it sounds. They asked “How will WE know?” and he told them, in no uncertain terms.

22 And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved. 23 When they persecute you in this city, flee to another. For assuredly, I say to you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes.

 Matthew 24:

Maybe you are this kind of Christian:

It is clear from the New Testament that they all (Jesus’ disciples and followers) expected the Second Coming in their own lifetime. And worse still, they had a reason, and one which you will find very embarrassing. Their Master had told them so. He shared, and indeed created, their Delusion. He said in so many words, ‘this generation shall not pass till all these things be done., And he was wrong. He clearly knew no more about the end of the world than anyone else.” It is certainly the most embarrassing verse in the Bible.

-C.S Lewis

This quote by C.S. Lewis is deeply disturbing, considering he was a famous and well-renowned Christian apologist. Many of us have read his books. But, this quote, shows that he was either deeply deceived himself, or he was one of the enemy’s agents of deception. There are no other possibilities.

In Little Season Eschatological, we believe Jesus (Yeshua Hamashiac) at his word. Yeshua claimed to be the Son of God, and that he was one with the Father. He said “if you knew me, you would know my Father also” (John 8:19). Was he wrong?

Luke 21:20-28 20 “So when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then understand that its devastation is approaching. 21 Then those in Judea must flee to the mountains, those inside the city must leave it, and those in the countryside must not go into it, 22 because these are the days of vengeance when all that is written will be fulfilled. 23 “How terrible it will be for those women who are pregnant or who are nursing babies in those days!—because there will be great distress in the land[f] and wrath against this people. 24 They will fall by the edge of the sword and be carried off as captives among all the nations, and Jerusalem will be trampled on by unbelievers[g] until the times of the unbelievers[h] are fulfilled.” 25 “There will be signs in the sun, the moon, and the stars, and there will be distress on earth among the nations that are confused by the roaring of the sea and its waves. 26 People will faint from fear and apprehension because of what’s to be coming to the inhabited world, because the powers of the heavens will be disrupted. 27 Then people[i] will see ‘the Son of Man coming in a cloud’[j] with power and great glory. 28 “Now when these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your deliverance is approaching.”

“My time is at hand” A quick study of “at hand”.

In the Little Seasons movement, we declare that he was not wrong, that he did return when he said he would, that he defeated that ancient dragon, the father of lies, and bound him in the pit for a thousand years (Revelation 20:1-3). We also believe that during those thousand years, Jesus himself “ruled and reigned on earth for a thousand years with an iron rod” (Revelation 20:). We believe that the period generally known as “The Dark Ages” was in-fact a nearly perfect age, when believers who were martyred during the Great Tribulation ruled and reigned Earth with Jesus Christ himself. There is vast and overwhelming evidence of this, for example the Byzantine Empire, which has largely been covered up by the Adversaries “ his-storians”.

We generally believe that the millennium reign of Christ ended sometime between 1700 and 1800, although some of us think it was earlier. When mainstream history tells us that the Protestant Reformation had led to the “Enlightenment” (Lucifer is the Light-bearer), then the industrial revolution (changing the nature and type of technology we are allowed access to), and many wars and revolutions overthrew or restructured many the monarchical and theocratic governments. We have compiled enough evidence for this that we believe it constitutes proof, so please read on.

  1. Yeshua Clearly and Repeatedly said he would return “soon”. When he said “soon” it meant just that, not in 2000 years. “quickly” does not mean it will all happen fast, it also means soon. “Some standing here” means just that. “This generation” does not mean “that generation”. This video on the topic does a great job laying out some of the most compelling proof.

In this respect, Little Season Eschatology Theory holds much in common with Partial-Preterism, so we draw on some of the work they have done, but we are NOT Preterists! There are several massive distinctions between us and Preterist. That said, here is a list of 101 verses that indicate Jesus was going to return in the lifetimes of the people he preached to.

Among these, I list some of the clearest examples below.

a. Matthew 10:23, 21 “Now brother will deliver up brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death.

b. Matt 24 9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

A. Matthew 24:32 Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. 33 So you also, when you see all these things, know that [e]it is near—at the doors! 34 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

Lord how will we know when all these things are coming to pass? “When you see the armies surrounding Jerusalem, rrun to the mountains and pray that it does not happen on the Sabbath

  1. Jesus’ Apostles all Believed He was coming back to establish his kingdom soon

If initially, you find our premise difficult to accept, I understand! I was just like you not long ago. Maybe, before you found Little Season eschatology, you had collected many puzzle pieces, but without the puzzle box, which shows the image of the finished puzzle, you could only guess how the pieces fit together. Several pieces you had were out of order. They did not make sense. Maybe you were trying to construct characters that look like chimera, or mixing words and numbers together into nonsense, because you did not have the puzzle box cover. The evidence presented on this website is the puzzle box cover, the full picture. Soon it will all make sense, and you can start to quickly snap the pieces together. You’ll find that every piece of evidence, every conspiracy, every story of corruption, and a lot more, fit perfectly into the “decoder ring” of Little Season Eschatology.

This video is good overview of the theory.
